The world's biggest IN-N-OUT Burger is coming to Las Vegas.

It's going to be located on the roof of a brand new shopping center going up on Las Vegas Boulevard. The restaurant will have over 8,000 square feet of indoor space and over 2,000 square feet of patio space.

Here's a video that explains it:

According to this guy, the new shopping center will be the biggest in the city therefore needed to have the biggest IN-N-OUT.

That's great news for burger fans in Southern Utah who are a short drive away.

On another note, I recently saw a post about the buns at IN-N-OUT that I found interesting. Have you noticed a difference in bun quality recently?

Here's a poster from Reddit describing it: (link to full post on Reddit)

"After reviewing dozens of photos of burgers here and asking where they were purchased it seems to me that the good buns have a darker, browner appearance on the top bun, a bit glossier, and they’re more likely to look rumpled or dented or creased or a little squished on top and bottom, and the bottom of the good buns have pockmarks around the outer circumference.

The [not good] buns are lighter colored, less glossy on top, less likely to look rumpled on top, and the bottom doesn’t have the pockmarks.

Overall I’ve stopped eating at INO in Colorado since I learned we have shit buns here. It’s just not worth it to me anymore. S*** buns took INO from a 10 to a 6-7 for me.

I’ll be traveling the length of California next month and will hit a few INO’s to see if I can get the real thing."

This guy is my personal hero.

I thought I was an IN-N-OUT aficionado but clearly I'm a fraud.
