Walmart infamous for not paying great.

And I don't know about the benefits and all that stuff but they seem to always be fully staffed so they must be offering enough to make it worth it to work there.

On their website, Walmart boasts: (Full link to website)

"A path for everyone at Walmart! Last year, 300,000+ U.S. associates were promoted and 75% of our store managers began hourly. Now offering 100% coverage of college/trade school tuition and books on day 1 through Live Better U and all Walmart associates are eligible for a free Walmart+ membership (some restrictions apply)."

Store Managers get...

  • First, base pay. We’re simplifying and increasing store manager wages. With this investment and upcoming annual increases, the store manager average salary will go from $117,000 to $128,000 a year.
  • Second, we’re redesigning our store manager bonus program. In addition to sales, your store’s profit will play a bigger role in calculating your annual bonus. If you hit all targets, your bonus could now be up to 200% of your base salary.
