Look, I understand Elk and Buffalo and even Ostrich. But what the heck is going on up ta Roy, Utah.

The legendary Burger Bar in Roy is serving Camel burger this month. It's their exotic meat of March!

You're kidding me.

Isn't this basically a horse with maybe more moisture?

Would you eat this?

I know that Burger Bar is adored by anyone who's ever been there.

But this camel meat might be a bridge too far for the big guy.

From ABC4.com (LINK TO FULL ARTICLE):

"A local Utah burger restaurant has been in business for over 65 years and has been run by three generations of the same family.

Located in Roy, the Burger Bar first opened in 1956 and is famous for not only its family-friendly environment but its exotic meats of the month which can feature camel, elk, wild boar, and more."

Good heavens.

Why not zebra??

Anyway people love it I just think I'm too big of a coward.

Here's a typical review from Google:

Robert Garela - 5/5 stars

"I love these burgers and fries, the fries are battered and fried and the buffalo burgers are amazing. Very simple and right to the point, lettuce, sauce, and cheese, if you want and not all the hype with so called burgers that are 3/4 vegetables and small hamburger patties. Buns seem very freshly made. The exotic meats are very creative and worth a try!"

Good luck. Let me know in the comments if you've been!
