According to InsideClimateNews.org, St. George now has the population of 107,424 in the year 2024! The University of Utah expects St. George's population to continue growing to DOUBLE that number by year 2050! But, St. George has been dethroned as the FASTEST growing city in all of Utah!

The new king of growth in Utah isn't St. George, or even a city in Southern Utah. The new fastest growing Utah city is... LEHI! Utah county gained over 16,000 new residents from 2022-2023, and Lehi is home to the majority of those people. Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain were the other two cities that helped Utah County explode. Those three cities combined for nearly 75% of Utah County's growth!
