What To Do with Bags of Leftover Halloween Candy

I like certain kinds of candy and then there is a whole lot of it that I wonder who buys this junk except at Halloween. I’m talking about the candy they throw out at parades. I’m always surprised to find someone who thinks Sugar Babies are great or those who will wolf down Smarties.

If you find you have bags full of the candy you would never purchase on purpose, I found a site full or recipes that will show you how to take those leftovers and make something special. Through my research, these are my top 5.

1. S'mores Skillet Cookies

Throw all those Hershey's candy bars into cookie dough and add some marshmallows and the magic happens. No need for a campfire.

2. Chocolate Pizza

Pizza dough, chocolate sauce from melted Hershey's, and everything else that works from pretzels to M&M's. Everyone loves pizza.

3. Rolo Stuffed Blondies

Maybe those Candy Corns will taste better with frosting. This is a good way to use those Halloween treats to get started on then next holiday.

5. Gummy Drinks

You can melt down gummy bears, jelly beans, or even skittles and make a sugary drink from them. I'm a little doubtful of what these may taste like.
