Field of Dreams is the greatest sports movie ever made.

Don't gimme this Hoosiers or Air Bud or whatever shakes your leg.

Field of Dreams.

When Ray Kinsella asks his dad for a catch at the end of that movie...I lost it. Okay?

It's not only a great sports movie but it's just a great film. Great twist at the end.

Kevin Costner is one of our greatest living actors and the fact that he's put his studio here in Southern Utah is one of the greatest things that's happened.

According to Townlift.com: (LINK TO FULL ARTICLE)

"Situated near the St. George Regional Airport, the studio will encompass a 500-acre industrial complex. The facility is designed to house two sound studios, a production warehouse and office space. There will also be a “Costner-themed” restaurant."

The "Territory Film Studios" complex is about 150,000 square-feet.

And according to KSL.com, the studio is officially ready for business.

Has there ever been a better looking man?

Maybe Paul Newman? Maybe the guy from Speed?

I don't know.

There are rumors he's looks for doughy 40-year-olds to work as extras on some of his movies so I'm planning on getting my real together. Apparently there's one about a guy who drives a 2004 Dodge Dakota and watches a lot of Food Network. I'm hoping to audition for that.

I haven't been out to the studio yet but I hope to in the near future.

Movies are the best when they're good. And I feel like Costner is one of the guys still making good ones.

Let me know in the comments your favorite Costner movie!
