Is this Legendary Convenience Store Coming to Utah??

Americans stay pretty loyal when it comes to places they go to move their bowels.

Everybody has a home potty, but what's the second place?

Some people go to the in-laws.

Others go to the YMCA.

Still others find comfort in churches and elementary schools.

For a lot of Utahns that second option is Maverik.

The bathrooms are clean and you can reload on beef jerky on your way out.

I don't know if any place can steal Utah customers away from Maverik at this point.

Love's has a pretty dang good setup but it's perceived to be more of a trucker stop.

Apparently, one of the top convenience stores in the south is thinking of coming to Utah,

Buc-ee's rumored to be coming to Utah.

"There was plenty of buzz going around Utah recently, and it had nothing to do with us being known as the Beehive State.

For days, rumors had been going around that a long-revered Buc-ee's location was going to be built in Utah. In fact, the rumors were running so hot, they even had a spot: Spanish Fork."

BUT...

Apparently the rumors aren't true.

Which is a shame because Buc-ee's has a heckuva reputation.

Clean bathrooms. Huge selection of ssnacks, fudge, BBQ that they make on location for you. And it's all about the folks. They don't allow 18-wheelers to crowd you out. It's all about the minivans.

Maybe they look at Utah and think that Maverik has it locked down?

Heck, they're probably right.
