The communists in Europe work about 13 minutes a week.

And they do that because they have a bunch wine and cheese that needs to be tended to. And they take a two hour rest in the middle of the day and then they go and hit up their mistress in the early evening and the wives are basically like "I don't care because I've got a mister myself."

The point is, Americans are working too hard. Nobody else cares as much.

Luckily there's some good news that just came out.

According to the Deseret News, Utah may recognize Good Friday as a legal holiday: (LINK TO FULL ARTICLE)

"With the highest religious population of any state in the U.S., Sen. Keven Stratton, R-Orem, sponsored SB259, that would designate Good Friday as a legal holiday in Utah.

Currently, 12 states designate Good Friday as a legal holiday, including Hawaii, Texas, Indiana, North Dakota, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Florida, Connecticut, Delaware and New Jersey."

This is great.

First of all, why are Catholics the only ones really celebrating Good Friday? It's a Christian New Testament celebration? Not to get all religious here but it seems like it should be considered more of a general Christian holiday and not just Catholic.

Here's what an LDS historian, Steven Harper, said about it:

“I’m pleased to see any awareness of Good Friday and Holy Week generally. Anything we can do to draw attention to Christ in the week of his atonement is great.” (LINK TO FULL ARTICLE)
