NHRA Drag Races in Las Vegas this Weekend

The NHRA drag circuit is at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Friday, April 11th through Sunday, April 13th.

If you've never been it's one of the most unique and thrilling sporting events you can attend in person.

"Ignite your senses when The Strip goes back to four-wide racing, April 11-13, 2025! Catch all of the Nitro action as the top names in the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series return to The Strip for the NHRA 4-Wide Nationals including Tony Stewart racing in Top Fuel!"

There's free parking, great food, and an experience that you and your family are gonna remember for a long time.

I took my kid to NASCAR a couple months ago and he flipped. He'd been to basketball and football games a lot, but seeing the cars up close and then hearing the roar of the engines made NASCAR is favorite sport instantly.

I'm looking forward to his first time experiencing the drag races.

"Throughout race weekend, SCC volunteers will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets. Fifty percent of the jackpot goes to a lucky winner, and 50 percent goes to SCC to help local children in need. Find a roaming raffle ticket seller in the campgrounds and in the grandstands look for our raffle QR Code posted around The Strip at LVMS to purchase your raffle tickets online. The grand prize winner will be announced Sunday, April 13 after racing concludes and posted on SpeedwayCharities.org/LasVegas."
