The “Most Charming Small Town” Restaurant in Utah
Everybody loves a small town.
You fuel up, you try not to make eye contact, you get a potato log that's been sitting there since before COVID and you tip you cap to the old guy running the store and you pray Anton Chigurh isn't his next customer.
There's just something about a small town that makes you want to move there.
Everybody knows each other, they all gossip about what a trollop so-and-so is and how Herb probably has his missing wife in the fridge, and how the football team has a chance this year against Shelbyville.
And the most important part...they all have a heckuva diner.
