Utah Tech Announces Spring All-Academic WAC Athletes

Utah Tech has another impressive crop of scholar-athletes on the All-Academic teams for the Western Athletic Conference.

The Western Athletic Conference on Friday announced the 2024 Academic All-WAC honorees for its spring sports seasons, as well as the freshmen, transfers and other fall and winter sports. In all, a total of 1,230 student-athletes in the conference were recognized.
Utah Tech was represented by 127 student-athletes on the spring list. In all, 208 total Trailblazers earned Academic all-WAC honors during the 2023-24 academic year, including a conference-high 51 student-athletes last fall, and 30 more this past winter season.

To be eligible for the honor, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have at least a 3.2 cumulative grade-point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
