Have You Heard?? New Trader Joe’s is Coming to Utah
It's amazing how well Trader Joe's has kept it's cool identity in tact despite it's expansion.
Most places lose some of their soul every time they open a new store.
I just watched The Founder on Netflix about McDonald's.
Ray Kroc really put one over on those farm boys in San Bernardino.

Anyway, Trader Joe's still seems like it has that magic that it started with back in 1967 when it opened its first store in Pasadena, CA.
New Trader Joe's is Coming to Utah
According to the Salt Lake Tribune:
"Utah’s liquor commission, in its monthly meeting Thursday, approved an off-premises beer retailer license for a Trader Joe’s in Holladay."
Look at all this weird stuff!
Who wouldn't want to load up on all this crap. It's fantastic.

According to the article: (LINK TO SL TRIB ARTICLE)
The new store will be located at 1895 E. Rodeo Walk Drive, according to its liquor license application, said Michelle Schmitt, spokesperson for the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services.
The location is part of a development being built on the site of the former Cottonwood Mall, which was demolished in 2008."
I haven't spent a lot of time at Trader Joe's.
My favorite thing is probably their cookie butter wafers.
They're unbelievable.
It's like they were just made for you, but they're stuffed in a box like Oreos.
How do these seem so fresh and homemade? That's what makes TJ's so good I guess.
