Long Awaited New Brewery NOW OPEN In St. George Utah

Strap Tank Restaurant and Brewery is now open in St. George, Utah.

It's located down by the Dixie Convention Center

I've heard a lot about this place ever since rumors started about it coming to St. George.

They have couple of locations up north in Lehi and Springville.

It has a really cool look and theme.

Here's a review of their soft opening on Google:

"We went to the soft opening and tried all of the appetizers. My favorite was the calamari. Everything came out in good time and tasted great. I had to taste their crafted beer. The St.George Light Lager was good and I also enjoyed the stout. The brownie topped with ice cream was a perfect end to a great experience! I also enjoyed the fish and chips. Will definitely be back!"

They have an awesome looking menu at their Springville location. I'm assuming they'll have the same stuff in St. George.

Appetizers like Nachos, fried pickles, coconut shrimp, wings. They have a good looking array of salads, burgers, sandwiches like a prime rib dip, reuben etc...and pizza!

And then they have entrees like steak, salmon, tacos, enchiladas.

It also has a ton of beer on tap.

I can't wait to go.
