There's nothing worse than flying.

Getting up early, standing in security, getting wanded, forgetting you ear buds, having to check your carry-on because they've ran out of overhead space, sitting next to a guy who sells patio furniture, being told they're out of ginger ale, the turbulence, and on and on.

Anytime I have to fly somewhere I get a knot in my stomach a few days before.

Travel stress effects us all especially those that have to travel farther than Phoenix.

The U.S. State Department has a full list of countries that you should not travel to. Either because there's a war or health risks or a bunch of crime.

So, if you're considering international travel consult this list of 'DO NOT TRAVEL' destinations put out by the U.S. State Department.

U.S. Government's Updated "Do Not Travel" List

Many people travel at the end of the year for the holidays or to use up vacation days that may expire. These countries have a Level 4: Do Not Travel advisory issued on them by the U.S. Government and should be avoided.
