I'm not a coffee drinker but I'm addicted to caffeine.

Caffeine is an underrated drug because everybody is basically hooked on it and can't function without it but we don't put it in the same category as other drugs.

People wait in lines for hours to get their fix, whether that's at Dutch Bros. or soda shops or whatever.

And the sad thing about caffeine is it gives you diminishing returns. So your first swing ever back in the 90's you felt like you could go to the moon. You were solving equations. You were being nice to your siblings. You had hope that everything would be okay.

But then by your 90,000th cup, it doesn't hit anymore, but you've gotta keep pouring it down so you don't start chopping up your neighbors. It's a vicious cycle.
