Coach KJ Boyer on QB Levi Shaw (Pine View Football)
Levi Shaw is ready for his first year as a varsity starting quarterback. He has one of the best weapons in the state at tight end in Junior 5-star tight end Brock Harris and a team that has improved year over year since Boyer took over.
Film Breakdown Max Reynolds (Snow Canyon)
Max Reynolds was stud last year when he was healthy for the Warriors.
I think he's going to have a big year as a featured back who's put in a lot of work in the offseason. I could see him getting 15-20 carries a game a la Tytan Mason at Desert Hills.
Simona Fauiletolo Film Breakdown
Desert Hills returns one of the best offensive lineman in the state in Simona Fauiletolo and one of the best running backs in the state in Tytan Mason.
Mason ran for 2002 yards last year behind an awesome offensive line and the Thunder are expected to do a lot of the same this year.
Region Rush Film Breakdown Malakai Alofipo (St. George, UT)
Malakai Alofipo is one of the top returning receivers in Region Nine this year.
He averaged around 50 yards per game receiving last year for the Mustangs.
This clip showcases his commitment to blocking downfield.
Region Rush Film Breakdown Aisa Lopati
Aisa Lopati is one of the most talented defensive linemen in 4A this year.
He is Dixie's top tackler back this year and will be a key all season long for their pass rush.
