The biggest house in Utah is 70,000-square-feet and it's in Cache Valley.

"This Disney-themed mansion features “Swiss Family Robinson” rooms, a full replica of the theme park’s Tiki Room, a “Star Wars” tunnel and a “Cars” raceway, along with a 16-vehicle garage, eight bedrooms, 18 baths, a still-to-be-finished pool and a dining room for 42 people."
There's an underground tunnel that connects to the other building that's not part of the main house, but it all considered one home.
The whole thing sits on 150 acres.
"The Mickey-motivated mansion near 200 East and 7000 South in Hyrum actually boasts two structures: A main house — with five levels, eight bedrooms, two bunk rooms, greeting areas, and a dining room that seats 42 people — and an incomplete pool barn, which will sport an indoor swimming pool, exercise room, 16-car garage and an open event-space area." That's pretty big.
I feel like the Disney theme is pretty magical, but I'd definitely want to include a batting cage or an indoor basketball court or and indoor mini Wrigley field or something like that. Something sports. In Iowa, there's a mini Wrigley and I'd basically take that concept and put it in my house or in my yard.
There it is.
I mean, if you can't run around and burn off some steam what good is having all that space? I don't want to be critical, but put a little Wrig up in there!
