Warehouse Bar + Kitchen is Cedar City’s Fun Hub
Warehouse Bar + Kitchen is Cedar City’s nightlife and daytime location for locals and visitors.
The seemingly inconspicuous building sits just like a warehouse toward the end of a busy street and if you aren’t looking for it, it's easy to miss. Inside, however, is a large space with a very open feel that gives a sort of “speakeasy” vibe.
As one of the few local bar options it has its regulars, including a day crowd of retirees that love trivia, Warehouse Bar + Kitchen General Manager Payten Robinson said.
It’s a space for everyone depending on the time of day.
“We get everybody. We get a demographic for every person, and we have events targeted towards every kind of person,” Robinson said. “We do everything from karaoke to line dancing, to live music DJs., We get a good day crowd in here that comes in... we really cater to every type of person, which is really hard to do sometimes.”
The atmosphere and open space are extremely inviting but that’s not all the Warehouse Bar + Kitchen has to offer.
Yes, it's bar food but it's not only a great selection but also a unique twist on the usual burgers and fries.
The Warehouse Bar + Kitchen likes to offer their menu items in threes, Robinson said. One of the most popular items is the sliders which come in blue bacon, Hawaiian, and All-American.
One of the local favorites is the Mormon Funeral Potatoes which also come with a homemade dipping sauce. If none of those strike your fancy, try the chicken skins. It may sound weird, but people love the crispy snack served with a honey dipping sauce.
The menu changes a lot to see what works and what doesn’t, Robinson said.
There are specials throughout the week for both food and drink. Speaking of drinks, all the pints are local beer! The Warehouse Bar + Kitchen also serves delicious handmade cocktails and since Fall is coming up, you can grab a caramel apple mimosa for a limited time.
“If you're looking for a good vibe with a friendly staff, looking to get a craft cocktail or a nice local pint, all our draft beer is local, so it's really fun to advertise that, this is the place to go,” Robinson said. “You know, we always have something going on whether it's free pool or karaoke, it's a good time. Good Vibes, good time.”
