Dixie high school's star pitcher has decided where he is going to play next level baseball.

The All-State selection who went 9-0 for the Flyers last season has decided to go to Glendale Community College in Arizona.

"I went on a visit there a month ago," said Bell. "And they had a lot of things for pitcher development. I am going to be going there as a pitcher."

Bell had a 1.85 ERA last year and 69 strikeouts in 56.2 innings pitched for the Flyers.

Bell has been a key player in Dixie's success over the past two seasons and has been thrilled with his decision to attend Dixie.

"Coach Ipson, I love him. He's one of my favorite coaches I've ever had. He just pushes us all to be better and he's a really a good man."

Bell is looking forward to his senior season with the Flyers who made it to the state semifinals last season.

"I'm super excited. We're swinging it really well, we're playing really well these last couple of weekends we've played some games and done well. It's going to be a fun senior year."
