There are those who say: "I'd better not. I get a rumble in my tumble because I'm lactose intolerant."

And then there are those with real problems.

Have you ever met a person who turns down ice cream? Who are these people?

We're all gonna be dead in 30 years with the fire and the water and Al Gore, and all the prophecies, so who cares that you've gotta spend a little extra time on the potty, eat the ice cream. Now.

Anyway, for those who tolerate lactose...

There's a new brand of ice cream in Utah that I've heard more about in the last month that Gangam back in 2011.

Blue Bell Ice Cream began sending their ice cream to Southern Utah this month and it's been a huge hit.

This is great news.

I had some chocolate and some Oreo that was dang good.

Blue Bell Ice Cream History

Blue Bell comes from Texas: (LINK TO FULL WEBSITE)

"A group of local businessmen in Brenham, Texas, decided to establish the Brenham Creamery Company and make butter from excess cream brought in by area farmers. A few years later, the creamery began making ice cream and delivering it to neighbors by horse and wagon."

Love a good origin story.

Best in grocery store?

What's your favorite grocery store ice cream? Tillamook, Ben and Jerry's, Dreyers, Haagen- Dazs?

I usually like Tillamook the best, but there may be a new sheriff in town. We'll see.
