Is this the Best LOCALLY OWNED Restaurant in Utah?
I think one of the best locally owned restaurants in Utah is Angelica's Mexican Grill in St. George.
It's amazing.
Anytime I have guests in town it's the first place they want to go.
The street tacos are addictive.
The sweet pork is the best I've ever had.
Visitors get addicted and then they don't leave your house. They just keep extending their stay.
If I exclude my favorite place and open it up to the best locally owned restaurant up north, there's a place called Mazza that people are nuts about in Salt Lake.

"Mazza, the owner Ali is a great guy and doesn’t compromise on quality!"
It looks a little on the fancy side and I haven't had a ton of middle eastern food. But the beef kabab looks pretty dang good. And people are wild about the owner Ali.
Anytime people know the name of the owner that's a good sign for good family owned recipes and a great vibe.
It has 4.5 stars on Google.
I'm looking forward to checking it out next time I'm up that way. Let me know in the comments if you've ever been!
