Utah 4A Opening Week Schedule for Region 9 Baseball

Opening week is upon us here in Southern Utah.

All 7 Region 9 teams have games this week, many of which are taking the field for the very first time.

With weather at a premium here in sunny St. George, this will be a happening place as teams from up north travel down in droves.

Out of those 7 region 9 teams, six are hosting their own tournaments providing a variety of great baseball matchups to get the season started right.

Two teams have already got a feel for the season early as Crimson Cliffs narrowly fell to Desert Oasis, Nevada in a 6-5 contest.

Hurricane has already split a pair of games by taking down Enterprise and falling to Beaver.

Outside of them, every other ball club is experiencing their first challenge in a highly anticipated season.
