Everybody has had a WWE phase. Mine was when it was still WWF when I was in the 7th grade.

Stone Cold Steve Austin!

Goldberg was on WCW!

Kane!

It was right when The Rock was coming up the ranks.

And the great thing about the WWE is you're guaranteed a great ride. Ups and downs, kick outs on the 3-count. You never left saying "Geez that was boring."

Here's Stone Cold...oh no, he's on the ropes is he really gonna lose? And then he hits two beer cans together and takes down Triple-H or Shawn Michaels or Dude Love. And after he won you were likeL "Yeah, of course. Why did I allow the scripted back and forth to fool me? Vince McMahon got me again?!"

This is how I've felt during the NBA playoffs. I was excited for game 7 yesterday between the Nuggets and Thunder. It was a back and forth series! It was Jokic vs SGA the two MVP's! These two teams are close! It's gonna be down to the wire!

No it wasn't close.

They're not close.

We're all stupid for falling for the ups and downs of a 7 game series. OKC won by 32 in the only game that was a must win for them. The whole series was a fraud, just like the Nuggets/Clippers series before it.

The NHL playoffs aren't like that. They have authentic game 7's. Winnipeg beat the Blues in double OT in game seven. The Stars beat the avalanche by two. Hockey's not spandex and makeup like the NBA and WWE.
